Credentialing with the other plans listed below — including Aetna in Washington and Medicare in both states — is still in progress, and those plans can't be billed yet. Self-pay is available to everyone, and many patients use their out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement with a superbill I provide. Contact me for the current status of your specific plan.

Payment Details

Payment is due at the time of service. A card on file is required for all patients, including insured patients, for copays and coinsurance. Outstanding balances over 90 days may be sent to collections.
