Common Questions

Visit the full FAQ page for more answers.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I'm in-network with Regence, Premera, Providence, Moda Health, PacificSource, LifeWise, Kaiser Permanente, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare in Oregon and Washington. View all accepted plans and fees.

How does a telehealth appointment work?

Most appointments are via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You need a device with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a private space. A video link is sent before your appointment. Learn what to expect.

Can you prescribe controlled substances via telehealth?

Yes. As a DEA-licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner, I can prescribe controlled substances including stimulants and other Schedule II–V medications via telehealth when clinically appropriate.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. Oregon and Washington are both full practice authority states. You can start directly in Osmind or call the office.
